What is the cheapest minecraft host?

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you know what the cheapest Minecraft host is? So far the cheapest that I have found is $1/GB but I am just wondering if there is anything cheaper regardless of CPU, reliability, and reputation just purely focusing on the price per GB of RAM.

Remember that you get what you are paying for. A low budget will get you a low quality server.

Thanks!!! I think I will go with https://humbleservers.com/ as they are $0.75/GB and also have decent hardware.
