I think your rig is perfect for gaming right now. I don't think you'd need anything else unless you're gaming in 4k and doing lots of video rendering.
Nah I tend to not do them at the same time, the only game I basically play if anything, is Minecraft lmao xD

Yeah. A single graphics card from NVIDEA should be plenty.

This is my build here: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/b/CvM8TW

I used to have a Thermaltake TR2 500W PSU with the parts you see on the page. For some reason the PSU would choke my 970, Causing the card to have some wild coil-whine, and the computer would have brown outs (power flickering rarely) in larger games (witcher 3 on ultra etc...). So i would steer away from them. I went and got an EVGA 750 Supernova Gold, and now the card does not whine, and my FPS actually increased a very noticeable amount. Computer runs way healthier now. Just recently replaced my MB and RAM as well as added an SSD to top everything off. The PSU did not damage the MB in any way, Its just the fact it COULD. I have also been lucky to have a APC Back-UPS 1000 which guarantees that my PC is safe from any power outages/surges that could happen, Combined with the Motherboards (MSI) EMI protected as well as 3 other kind of protections. I know a buddy of mine had a 970 with a 500W PSU, and after a while his Ethernet port died on his MB, could have been surge or something else linked to the PSU. He wasnt sure what it was, so to be safe he upped his PSU to 600W.

Before i had my 970 i had a Sapphire R9 270X which ran fine with the 500W PSU. I have also experimented with a NVidia 960 SSC 2GB, which also ran fine. The UPS showed the computer was drawing ~350W. So as soon as you get anything higher than a 960 or a card with a poor energy rating, I would get ANYTHING higher than a 500W.

Hopefully this helps!

So anything computer-based I should get lmao?
Nothing really, I would suggest just keeping resource monitor open and keep an eye out for anything else that could do this.[DOUBLEPOST=1453063042,1453062989][/DOUBLEPOST]

I am very pasionate on building PC's. I have built my 2 neighbors down the street 300$ budget builds XD. On that note, I keep all the boxes in mint condition with all the CD's and booklets that come with my parts. When i get a new part, The old one goes back in the box. Right now i have a MSI Z97 PC Mate (Intel, LGA1150) left over, In the box, in the anti static bag with the book, metal plate, and CD. I have some Intel Stock coolers (LGA1150) laying around.

EDIT: The only reason i took this board out was to match my color theme (The blue heatsyncs didnt look good at all with my other parts, and the newer board had faster bus speeds.) This board has always been ground out 100% and behind a UPS surge protection unit. No board flex (Properly installed, maintained, and cooled with ~6 fans throughout the case). It is literally MINT. I was going to sell it on a local site called "Kijiji" but i never got the chance to yet, then you happened to ask if i had extra parts XD.

Not sure why images flipped when i uploaded them from my phone to imgur, but here they are:
