Xenforo plugins + layout

Hello, i have a few plugins from xenforo i want on the website but i have NO skill in adding anything! I need someone to be able to setup the basic layout of our site, including the tabs [Donate,Contact,Forum,Etc] and some larger tabs that would say the teamspeak ip+Server ip and the vote page button!

I also want to be able to add a ton of bungee/minecraft things/hooks. To the site!

Someone that could complete make our website look legit, as it should be for our community!
