My name is Zyler. I come from XeroMC. XeroMC is an upcoming competitive factions server. We are trying to form a community and also trying to get some mature Staff Members. We always like to interact with the Community. We are looking for experienced staff to help us grow as a community.
The main purpose of XeroMC is to form a
Community that's active, mature, fun and a well-balanced community.
Some of the server features will be listed below.
Server Features:

[+] Custom Enchants.
[+] Custom crates
[+] Weekly drop parties
[+] Weekly giveaways
[+] Custom Builds
[+] Custom Plugins
[+] Bosses
[+] Envoys
[+] Much more features.
I'm posting this thread to grab dedicated Staff Members and to get more people into the server and into the community. Information about the server and about Staff requirements will be listed below. To apply for Staff, you must join the Discord Server and fill out an application on our forums.
Steps for applying:
1. Go to our forums page (link in signature)
2. Go to the templates forum and look for the template that suits the position you're applying for then copy it.
3. Go to the Staff Applications forum under the Applications category and create a thread.
4. Paste the template into your thread and begin writing!
Staff Positions:
Builders - 1/5
Build custom builds for the server. (Spawns, hubs, maps, terrain, shops etc.)
Manager - 0/2
Looking for 1 Website manager and 1 Advertising manager
Admin - 1/3
Looking for admins that are familiar with discord and forums. If you have developing skills as well that’s always a bonus. Your professionalism and the quality/quantity of your writing is a big factor when we review your application.
Developer - 1/3
Looking for both website and server developers.
Mod - 1/4
Patrol the forums (answering threads), answer questions in discord, detect any bugs or glitches as well catching and punishing anyone hacking or exploiting.
Helper - 0/5
Welcome members in and create a community. Active in game and answering all questions asked.
Staff Requirements:
[+] Maturity on both ends of the Discord and the Minecraft server.
[+] Must be at least 15+. Age is just a number. If your professional and have a good application, there's a pretty high chance of getting accepted.
[+] Must be active on both ends of the Discord and the Minecraft server.
