Our Mission Statement
Xiled Kingdom is a Gaming Community designed to offer players and fans of Minecraft an
environment to meet friends, discuss gaming, and have fun. All while offering a safe gaming environment for
players to ask questions, receive feedback and improve their skills.

What is Xiled Kingdom Network?
Xiled Kingdom has been through a lot ever-since it first started and we are here today with an all-new leadership team to take the community to another level. From a Discord community to an exclusive Cross-Platform Minecraft Server featuring Bedrock & Java. Here at Xiled Kingdom we tend to follow the same vibe as our parent organisation in creating a safe and home environment for all members to hangout, meet new friends and overall have fun.

Xiled Gaming Network established July 7th 2010 and with it's history it has become the home for any gamer interested in bettering themselves and others. Our mission is to offer members of XGN a safe environment to find like-minded gamers who share common interests that are supportive, social, and caring for one another regardless of personal beliefs.

What are we looking for?
You must be at-least 15 years old.
You are able to dedicate time towards the community.
You are able to hold a professional manner at all times.
You are able to respect anyone/everyone.
Skills
Enthusiasm - This is a vital skill as we want staff who are friendly and helpful.
Communication - No communication can lead to a mis-communication and things get out that shouldn't
Professionalism - Be professional when dealing with community business and uphold the CoC
Team Player - Be able to work well with other people
Social - friendly and happy towards members and other staff members.
Common Sense - Not everything is noted down, especially when its common knowledge
