Today, I am presenting you with my most recently plugin, XPEffects. XPEffects is a way to reward your players grinding by offering them to buy any potion effect they'd like for a configurable amount of time and cost (all in xp levels). This plugin is very lightweight, and contains tons of features to develop the plugin exactly to your liking.

I believe this plugin can be fun on any server, but especially factions. You can reward the players who grind mob spawners and other various forms of getting xp with some cool potion effects that you might not be able to get otherwise (due to minecraft brewing; this plugin allows effects with any level and duration).
