Terms of Service (TOS)
+ Thumbnails are not included in a price of the video. You have to buy a custom thumbnail from the exclusive or just add that to your package.
+ Refunds are only available 5 days after the purchase of any of my products. If you are late by anytime (seconds don't count), your refund will be declined.
+ The Maximum amount of services you can order per week is 4 (depends on what services you require and what the quality of those services are).
+ On servers i get:
- Auto YT rank - if there is no YT rank I do not need one
- NEED /fly for trailers Only! (reviews) or if u want a special intro to my videos
- Access to all special things (kits, effects, etc.). This is so I can show people what they get
+ The maximum time duration of a custom video is 1.5h
+ All people that are co-oping me must have a YT rank or your lowest donation rank
Note* All of those server things can be removed after ur last order from me on your server.
+ If you order my services for a PAYABLE GAME* I must receive a FREE copy to record on.
+ All payments will be made prior to the making of the video. Once the video is published only a 45% refund is available for 5 days as stated above.
+ Buy ordering any of my services you agree that:
- You auto accept my TOS.
- You will not pirate my services or illegally re-upload any of them.
- I can change or add anything to the TOS without prior notice.
If any of the conditions/rules that are stated above are broken I am allow to cancel all of my association with you in the past/present/future and remove/delete all of our previous services.
