Hello, I'm a server owner who had been making small attempts at growing a community for 5 years and realized that its time to look for help. Looking for someone that has experience in owning servers as well, or just simply working very well on them to grow a playerbase. My server is nearly completely finished (we have been doing a mass upgrade with unique quest based prison and adding an arcade with minigames) We used to be Gleecraft, and townymc.
Only experienced people only. I'm also hoping maybe that someone dedicated could become a sort of community manager, guiding our growth as a fellow administrator/co-owner to also be paid in a percent in what the server reaps (should it pass a threshold).
