Server Manager
ZixelNetwork is an old server I had when i was roughly 15 or 16. I decided to revive the project with a new vision. We are going to be building the project from the ground up over the next year. I have an notepad with a large variety of ideas to give ZixelNetwork its own feel to it. We want ZixelNetwork to be a server that people love.
We are looking for somebody passionate about the server, the job, the game and most importantly the players. We want the server to be as community based as possible. Ideas ran through them, changes ran through them and let the players have a say in which direction we go. After-all, they will be determining the success of the project.
Position: Server Manager
Job type: Full time, permanent

About the role:
From day one we need somebody competent who has the ability to run a the server even without the CEO around. Somebody who can feed ideas and have an opinion towards the day to day running of ZixelNetwork. The successful candidate will have a large responsibility within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring delivery of the targets given to a high standard.
- Running the server on a day to day basis ensuring staff are preforming in a way expected of somebody with the role they obtain.
- Employing and training staff members.
- Having creative input into ZixelNetwork
About you:
As ZixelNetwork's Manager you will be leading the staff team in a positive direction to drive the business towards the goals we are hoping to achieve.
