Now you can mute the chat with adminchat.

- Fixed chat colors in admin chat
- Added option for custom chat channels
- Added ignore commands option in admin command spy

Important:
- delete Language folder and config.yml file

Fixed gradient effect and added rainbow effect

Fixed giving gradient chat color to other players bug and added rainbow chat color effect.

Bug fixes and new features

1. Fixed default GUI background colors
2. Show player IP in a nicer format
3. Fixed admin tool on 1.15+ Minecraft versions
4. Now you can type /admin tool or /admin tools to receive a tools
5. You can now click with the admin tool on a player to open their GUI.
6. Added perm ban
7. Now you can give a player permissions for each gamemode
8. Optimized ban system
