Fixed some bugs

After a big update, some text bugs appeared. In this release, I have fixed them.

Another big release

- Now you can negotiate permissions with Admin Permissions
- Added VIP, VIP+ and Youtuber rank to default permissions template
- Clearing Admin Chat will now clear all messages
- Optimized / redesigned code
- Added License keys
- Added new graphs to bStats
- Updated HikariCP, bStats and DiscordSRV

Added /rtp and /wild command

- Added random teleport command (/rtp and /wild)

If you want to use the RTP command you need to enable it in the config.yml file.

Added 4 new features

- Added custom join / leave message
- Added custom MOTD changer
- Added command disabler
- Added chat manipulator

To enable those features you need to re-generate config.yml file.

Added support for hex colors on every placeholder and cross-over chat thru Bungeecord to Admin Chat.

Added alt checker and fixed error which can display if you check the player that has joined the game
