Config Fix + Prog1 gems fix

Fixed config file issues
Fixed Progression1 giving gems feature

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Astra Daggers - now deals 3 hearts of true damage,
  • Fixed obsidian in different progressions,
  • Fixed flying with puff gem and flux gem,

  • Added rotating hotbar when you are in ground effect,

A lot of Bug-Fixes

Fixed:
  • Trader consuming issues
  • Trader for offhand gems
  • Fireball charging issues

Nerfed:
- ChadStrength (reduced by 50%)

Added:
  • /bliss reload command (reloads config)
  • Config option "Duels": if enabled, energy is disabled and gems are not returned after death

Changed:
- "DisableLifeGemSystem" behavior:
• If disabled, energy no longer works
• Gems are still returned after death (only for pristine gems)

Added DisableEnchantRemover to config - disables all enchant removers from BlissSMP plugin
