Update for latest hytale server

- Fixed a runtime crash on latest server builds where Teleport.withHeadRotation(Vector3f) is not present (uses a reflection-based compatibility path that also supports setHeadRotation(Vector3f)).

Fix player model pitch, yaw, rotation bug

- Fix player model rotation calculation bug causing models to end up with odd pitch, yaw, rotation values.
