Cobalt Tebex:

• Reorganized sidebar elements on mobile so only login/cart and navigation menus are above page content
• Modernized settings panel with color picker, image uploader, select options, and more
• Added logo and header height settings in the tebex panel
• Moved header, discord/server status, and logo margin settings to be automatically centered
• Moved CSS and JS to seperate files within the template editor
• Updated mentions of package.id to package.identifier
