Updated installation and starting process

setup -> added instructions to create a application/bot correctly for purpose
installation -> very easy now with setup.bat and README.txt
starting -> bot starts automatically when you click start.bat
!message -> changed to 3 better commands: !alert !announce !info, you are able to add images now too
new command -> added !profilepicture

In summary:
bot was made VERY EASY to setup and start.
