Reverted Update

Reverted update from 1.20 - 1.19 due to issues with protection.

2.20 will release when this issue is fixed.

Fixed issue with player visibility cooldown being applied to another items

- Added Portal Queue support
- Added new placeholder for lores in server selector, you can now use "{server-status}" placeholder to get server status, this will return Online/Offline and Whitelisted if using Portal Queue
- Added option to ignore Online/Offline mode
