This update removes Halloween features added in the last update.

Changes:
Pumpkins no longer become Jack O Lanterns
Horses no longer become Skeleton Horses.
Zombies, Skeletons, Villagers no longer wear pumpkin heads.
The file size is significantly reduced.
Halloween startup notice removed.
Update notification has been updated.

Today we are releasing Halloween features into FateUHC!

Changes:
Pumpkins become Jack O Lanterns
Horses become Skeleton Horses.
Zombies, Skeletons, Villagers all wear pumpkin heads.

This update is not required and is just for fun, it will include startup warnings regarding the version, these will be removed in 3.108 which will release following Halloween.
No version update notification will be sent to existing versions for this release.
