Fixed issues with being able to place redstone blocks bypassing restrictions
Fixed issue with iron and wooden doors being able to be modified by spectators
Changed a little stuff with Moles to hopefully prevent an error which was reported
Added a check to prevent spectators from receiving LuckyRoulette items

Fixed OPHasteyBoys giving level 4 not 5 enchants
Fixed a playerdata error when entering server if the player never played practice before
You can not force start a game when practice is still enabled. (prevents error)
When resetting data you will now have alerts default turned on
Fixed issue with scoreboard toggle and sound toggle not resetting on drop data command
Fixed scoreboard changing to scattered finished before it began
