Small update, hotfix

Added support for chunk claiming. You can enable this in the main config file under the Faction Claim tab
Fixed chat message bugs.

The Nether and the End can be now disabled!

  1. Added version notifier.
  2. Added "bard config" file. Now the bard class can be configured even more.
  3. Added a new command: /togglescoreboard.
  4. Fixed crowbar can be used in the Warzone.
  5. Fixed deatban screen format time.
  6. Fixed bard effect not showing when the player not in a faction.
