This config option sets the timezone of the two fields of prisoners list. It supports all the types of timezones, e.g- UTC, GMT, EST, America/Los_Angeles, UTC-06:00 etc

This config option sets the time-format of the time that will be shown in the time field. For 24-hour format, just change the value to 24, as simple as that.

Also, the date field will be auto-synced with the set config option accordingly to prisoners-list-timezone.
