LPC+ | Chat and Command Management v1.2

The biggest update for LPC+ is finally here! We've completely transformed the plugin from a simple chat formatter into a full-scale management suite. This version focuses on two main pillars: Server Security and Player Customization.

What's New in v1.2?

• Interactive Chat Colors GUI – Players can now select their chat colors through a beautiful, customizable menu. Full support for HEX, Gradients, and MiniMessage.
• Elite Command Blocker (The "Troll" Layer) – Protect your plugin list like a pro! Added a "Level 1 Troll" system that hits plugin-sniffers with fake crash messages, elder guardian effects, and nausea.
• Smart Tab-Complete Filter – Rank-based visibility for commands. Keep your tab-complete list clean and professional by showing players only what they can actually use.
• Advanced Syntax Guard – Blocks colons in commands (e.g., /minecraft:me) to prevent common permission bypasses.
• PlaceholderAPI & Vault Integration – Improved hover stats and balance display.
• Code Optimization – Refactored the entire core to ensure 1.21.x compatibility and zero performance impact.

Technical Changes:

• Added chatcolor-gui.yml for full menu customization.
• Added command-blocker.yml for granular security control.
