The support process took a little over 3 days but that was because ytnoos was on holiday, he was extremely kind to me during the whole process. Tickets should only take up to 24 hours but if it takes any longer, the owner is away.

Seems like the LPX plugin has a lot of great reviews, I highly recommend it I'm just struggling with it thought because it seems I can't use it and it gives me an internal error message, please help.
