Delete ip license dependency

Deleted ip license verification.

Fixed some bugs & add new exceptions

  • Added slf4j dependency
  • Added a information about when in verification event if you're owner or your role is higher than bot it's says on the console giving informations.
  • Added /add discord command language.yml message so please delete language.yml and plugin will be load new language.yml

Fixed placeholderapi dependacy

Fixed the issue of not working even without placeholderapi in version 2.0.0 added controller now you can run plugin without placeholderapi if you want to use placeholders you should install placeholderapi
