Stop guessing your anti-cheat settings. Start banning the right players.
Supports 1.8 → 1.21.x | Spigot / Paper / Purpur / Pufferfish
A dual-tuned config bundle for Vulcan + GrimAC built to run together, catch more real cheaters, and stop punishing your legit players:
- Double-layer detection — Vulcan's packet inspection + Grim's prediction engine, tuned to cover each other's blind spots
- Fewer false bans — thresholds calibrated against real combat/movement behavior, not copy-pasted defaults
- Instant setbacks — flight, speed, and scaffold attempts get cancelled before they can be exploited
- Full check coverage — KillAura, Reach, Velocity, AimAssist, Autoclicker, Criticals, Speed, Flight, NoSlow, Phase, Timer, Strafe, Elytra, Scaffold, and more
- Custom alert messages — clean, professional alerts on both plugins instead of the stock defaults
- PvP-ready — calibrated to hold up in duels, practice servers, and ranked combat without disrupting legit mechanics
- Async-friendly — both configs rely on the plugins' async checking paths, so detection doesn't sit on your main thread
- Drop-in install — replace your files, reload, done
- Maintained — updated as new cheat clients and bypass methods show up

Open Vulcan or Grim fresh out of the box and you'll find settings that were never meant to be left untouched. Some checks are too loose and let real cheaters slip through. Others are too strict and get innocent players banned over lag. A few categories aren't even hooked up to a punishment at all — meaning players can rack up violations forever and nothing happens.
This config replaces that guesswork with values built around how Grim and Vulcan actually detect cheating under the hood.
──────────────────────────
| Setting | Out of the box | In this pack |
|---|---|---|
| Debug logging | Spams your console nonstop | Silenced |
| Max allowed ping | High enough to bypass detection | Capped to a sane ceiling |
| Reach detection | Misses true reach hacks | Calibrated for 1.9+ hitbox behavior |
| Velocity checks | Mostly passive | Active and punishable |
| Ban delay | Slow to react | Cuts reaction time down |
| Staff chat alerts | Floods after max violations | Throttled |
Beyond the table above, this pack also retunes KillAura, Flight, Speed, Scaffold, Timer, Autoclicker, Criticals, and Strafe checks individually — loosened where false bans were common (legit bridging, rage-clicking in PvP), tightened where obvious cheats were getting away with it.

Grim doesn't work like Vulcan. It's not counting violations against a buffer — it's running a physics simulation of every player and flagging anyone who breaks it. That means "tuning" Grim is really about matching its thresholds to the precision it was actually built for, instead of the loose defaults it ships with.
This pack recalibrates:
- Reach detection sensitivity
- Movement/simulation precision
- Knockback tampering detection
- Scaffold & block-placement exploits (now cancel immediately instead of letting one through)
- Air/liquid placement hacks (disabled by default — now active)
──────────────────────────
Here's something most buyers don't realize about stock Grim: several entire cheat categories have no autoban configured at all. Players can flag hundreds of times on flight, speed, knockback, or crash-exploit checks and never get punished — they just sit in your staff's alert feed forever.
This pack rebuilds punishments.yml from scratch so every category actually leads somewhere:
- Movement/speed/flight cheats → banned
- Anti-knockback tampering → banned
- Crash & chat exploits → banned
- Post-attack cheats → banned
- Noclip/phase cheats → a category that didn't even exist before, now does
- Reach, hitbox, and bot-pathing (Baritone) thresholds all lowered — these checks rarely false-flag, so there's no reason to wait

- Vulcan config.yml — fully retuned
- Grim config.yml — precision thresholds set
- Grim punishments.yml — rebuilt with autoban across all categories
- Grim messages.yml — clean alert formatting

Combat: KillAura, Reach, AimAssist, Autoclicker, Criticals, Strafe, hitbox manipulation, anti-knockback...
Movement: Flight, Speed, Timer abuse, Scaffold/Tower, NoFall, Phase/NoClip, Elytra exploits, ghost-block bypass...
Other: BadPackets/crash exploits, Baritone bot-pathing, FastBreak, NoSlow/Sprint abuse, vehicle exploits...
Calibrated for general survival/anarchy servers as well as duels, practice plugins, and ranked PvP setups — combat checks don't punish the fast inputs competitive play actually needs.

Minecraft 1.8 – 1.21.x · Spigot, Paper, Purpur, Pufferfish, Folia , Bedrock players auto-exempted by Grim if Floodgate is installed Requires Java 17+ for current Grim builds · Vulcan needs PacketEvents (Grim bundles it) Both configs run on the plugins' async checking paths, so detection doesn't block your main thread.

Cheat clients change, and so do bypass methods. This pack gets revisited as new exploits show up — buyers get updated files, not a one-time drop that goes stale in a month.
