So, buying this was actually a no-brainer.
IA has missed this feature for long time, and I though about coding my own implementation.
This thing.. This saved me from it, and it does it's job very well.

I had an issue with the plugin (which did not bring any disfunction, only spammed console on some occassions.), so I contacted developer, and it was fixed under hour.

Solid work, and definitely recommended if you want to use furniture and blocks for other purposes as well.
