Thanks for the review! We will do our best to improve the experience.
However theres a couple things I would like to point out to you.

1. When referring to "by customization is also very limited" If you look around the configuration you'll notice a-lot of customization.
2. We may not respond quickly in discord however we always try our best to help out users if you open a ticket, The support channel is mainly used as community support,
3. The bot being released 3 years ago, We as a brand have some new exciting changes coming very soon that doesn't involve this product.
4. We are always happy to listen to suggestions and feedback.
6. After all it is a free & open source discord bot.
