~ Fixed bug were creator menu didn't reopen after closing it
~ Fixed console error when Nexo compatibility was not necessary
~ Fixed bug when PlaceholderAPI was not loaded (now plugin will disable)
+ Added more debug messages to help finding bugs quickly

As some people have problems that I cannot replicate, I added more robust debug messages to fix the issues and find incompatibilities.
Remember to change debug to true in config.yml
