The truth is that ticket support is very fast. They respond to you within minutes and resolve the problem almost instantly. The system is very good and I highly recommend it in roleplaying games.

Very good and advanced system, even if you run into problem with setup, you can freely ask in their discord for support and they answer within minutes and they give everything to solve your problem.

Before The 4.0 update, the system was fine, t had some nice features and worked well for me
but now the 4.0 Dropped
the System has changed a lot with many new features
It is a Really Recommended System
