STAFF RECRUITMENT FOR EMPIREHAVEN – SEASON 1 IS LIVE!


Hello everyone!


EmpireHaven Season 1 is officially live!
Our Minecraft server has launched successfully, and we are now focusing on expanding, polishing content, and most importantly—building a strong and active community.


The server is fully playable, but development never truly stops. New content, events, and improvements are constantly being worked on, and this is where you come in. We are currently recruiting motivated and passionate individuals to join our staff team and help shape the future of EmpireHaven.


Important Note: All staff positions are voluntary and unpaid. We are looking for people who are passionate about Minecraft, interested in gaining experience in server management, teamwork, and leadership—and who want to have fun while doing so.

Open Positions

1. Builder (Content & Events)​

Role Focus: Expanding the world and creating new content.


What you will do:

• Design and build arenas for events (PvP, mini-games, drop parties).
• Create new locations such as PvP zones, marketplaces, and special exploration areas.
• Improve and expand existing builds.
• Work closely with the administration to bring new ideas to life.

Requirements:

• Proven building experience (portfolio/screenshots required).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to build both functional and aesthetic structures.
• Knowledge of WorldEdit is a big plus.

2. Helper​

Role Focus: Player support and community interaction.


What you will do:

• Answer player questions in-game and on Discord.
• Help new players get started on the server.
• Report bugs, exploits, or serious issues to higher staff.
• Assist in keeping the community friendly and welcoming.
• Help promote the server on Discord and social platforms.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of EmpireHaven’s game modes and mechanics.
• Patience, maturity, and strong communication skills.
• Regular in-game activity.
• Responsible and helpful attitude.

3. Junior Moderator​

Role Focus: Moderation and rule enforcement.


What you will do:

• Monitor chat and player behavior.
• Enforce server rules fairly (warns, mutes, etc.).
• Assist in handling reports and minor conflicts.
• Work with senior staff on moderation decisions.
• Help maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements:

• High level of responsibility and professionalism.
• Impartial and calm decision-making.
• Full understanding of EmpireHaven rules.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues maturely.

General Requirements

• Motivation: A genuine desire to help EmpireHaven grow.
• Time: Willingness to stay active and communicate with the team (mainly via Discord).
• Responsibility: Taking your role seriously and representing the server positively.
