My name is Nolan and I am currently in High School. I currently am looking for a position to be a Minecraft Server Manager. I am not looking to be paid, but I would like to be. I have a personality where I like to help out a lot.

Do you have any experiences in being a staff in Minecraft?
Owner- not up working on it still, might Sell-Xero Factions
Owner- YetiPvP (resigned)- I was the 2nd Owner in charge of staff.
Owner - DementiaPvP now TropicHCF - 2nd owner, we are setting up for map 6 currently, there is not much to do right now.
Co-Owner (server down) Can't remember name.
Head Admin (server down) BoneCraft Network
Mod x3 (server down)RaidCube, Maydex, can't remember other name
Helper (currently)DerpCraft Network - Server pretty much dead
Developer (part time)Helios Gaming -Web dev - Server pretty much dead.
Manager-EnderNetwork-(resigned due to server going nowhere/server owner not doing much)

What my job(s) would/could be.
Staff Manager - Leads the staff team. Reviews applications, and accepts or denies. Deals with staff promotions and reassignments.
Recruitment - Only deals with applications.
Community - Overall Manager. Staff Team, help out on the forums, Donation Support, Events, etc.
Events Manager - Organizes Events for the community // runs events team
Media Manager - Runs social media accounts. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Also goes with YT/Streamer Manager.
YouTube/Streamer Manager - Works to hire/find YouTubers and Streamers.
Server Administrator - Moderates chat, reviews appeals and reports, answer player questions, etc.
Mentor - Assists and helps staff members do their job and teach them to do it better.
Document Creator - Creates Staff and Community Documents. Like rules and other things.

Why should you choose me over everyone else?
I have had a good amount of past experience. I would like to help setup a server and I know how hard that can be alone. I would like to help you make your server popular and to help keep it hacker free! I will gladly do anything that is required of me, there will be limits though.
