Barbarian Factions is a small community of players that aims to recruit new staff for the benefit of the server.
We aim to provide an experience unique to other factions servers.
Here are a few of our countless features: Custom Classes, Rankups, Weekly Factions Base to raid, many events.
We currently have some dedicated staff, but we need more to ensure the server is kept to the highest standard.
In order to apply, you must meet the conditions of the following requirements:
Must have joined the server
Must have minimum 4hrs playtime to familiarise yourself with features
Must not receive any punishments
Must join both website and discord

-SCENARIO: It's your first week of being a Helper and you mute a well-known player. Their faction members and friends start spamming your chat calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do?
-SCENARIO: A player is blatantly hacking however you are the only online staff member and your recording software is unavailable, how would you respond?
-SCENARIO: A user on the forums report you for abusing your permissions and attaches a short video showing you instantly muting them without a warning, how do you respond?
-Do you have any other obligations to other servers (such as being a staff member, YT role, etc.)
