Kiriku is a core that was made by:
Brou (Lead-Developer) [Did almost all of the work, purchased Resell Rights]
Weebo (Developer) [Added some commands]

These are the FEATURES that the plugin has to offer:

• This plugin currently only support MySQL database type, MongoDB support will be added soon in the future
• Rank System (The list system will be sorted out by rank priorities)
• Punishment System (Ban, Mute, Warn, Kick, History, Alts)
• Tag System
• Permissions per player
• Grant GUI [Ranks, Permissions, Tags] (The tags system in the GUI is currently being worked on)
• Grants Menu (Currently only works for Ranks)
• Essentials [There's currently /ping (with a ping difference system), /gamemode, /say, /help] (There will be more in the feature)

just saying maintaining a clean data structure with SQL especially with alot of players is just not viable so you may wanna consider just removing sql and swapping to mongodb to save time ngl

Not quite, because Basic had a bunch of useless stuff that most servers won't use, and the Grants GUI feature + the Permissions feature in the Grant GUI doesn't exist within the Basic plugin

I was about to comment on that but you go to it first. Every database type has it's own weaknesses, it's own purposes, and it's own strengths. I severely doubt that MySQL will not work or cause lag or anything on 99% of the MC servers out there.
