My name is Luke, or I'm usually known as Cryptic.
I have been in the Minecraft community since 2011 and it has changed quite a lot.
I have seen Servers rise, and fall.
From being staff on multiple servers, I feel as if those servers never provided me with satisfaction.
This has driven me to want to create my own server called EstoriaMC
A RPG Towny Server with quests, custom items & much more.
I do not have the experience to do all of this on my own, which is why I'm currently creating this post.
As this is just an introduction to the thread, I am going to go into incredible detail.

The Idea
Alright so, my plan for Estoria is to have a stable Community that enjoys playing on the server.
The server will be updated Weekly either fixing bugs, or new additions to improve the quality.
There is a lot that could be added to the server to improve gameplay.
I initially want to have a Towny Server with daily events, custom items & terrain.
It will have a RPG aspect to it, with "Factions" and each side provides different abilities/advantages.
We will have some dungeons so players can warp there and grind for that one item that calls to them.
We will have a "Great Evil" that will control the monsters, and he will be a boss fight once the player reaches a certain level. I think this will provide a Unique experience, while keeping the "Create a Town" idea.
I also plan on having some Custom Mobs/Creatures to give the player a challenge.
I personally think the new update where pillagers attack villages is a great idea,
In the far future I might try to implement this idea.
As far as custom terrain goes, I will have a plugin for the Overworld Generation & Nether Generation.
In the future, we might try do something with the End.

Staff Team
Let's talk about the Staff Team.
To create this server in the best way possible, I want to hire a team of experienced individuals.
As a Staff member on the server, you should match all of the following:
I highly recommend NOT applying for a staff role.
If you can check these off, then for sure apply!
If you are wondering why these are necessary,
It is to provide the players the greatest experience.
If you are accepted into the Staff Team, you will be given a handbook that matches your role to make sure you can follow each rule correctly and do your job properly.
Being apart of the Staff Team is not a place where you can be Toxic & Abuse
It should be treated with respect & honor and be used correctly.

- Try not to use excessive colours in your application. We prefer the use of black font only as it’s easier to read.
