After you continuously spammed me and was being immature, yes I blocked you.
I constantly spammed you? I literally typed 3 messages to help me and u literally didnt know the way how to help me and decided to block me.
8 messages and even though I already said I was busy with school work atm and would help you later, you still acted immature which is why it resulted in a block. I cannot be apart of a management team if the owner is constantly immature and spamming their staff, as it can set a bad reputation for me and the server.

Very unprofessional experience. Needed help on my server when I was away from work. He wanted to know what to be done and every part of him getting stuck on something (which wasn't hard), would always suggest to hire someone else to do it.
I wouldn't mind this if I hadn't explicitly mentioned many times that I didn't have the budget or the money to get hired help, and advertised administrative roles on forums that they would be paid. He also kept begging for me to grab investors even though there was no need to.
I was looking to hire a manager within my budget, and after removing him after a day due to poor performance and these actions detailed above, tried pressuring me into paying him or me promising to pay him; despite there being many screenshots saying that he doesn't charge and doesn't want any money for his services. Even so, pressuring for that pay after a day's work doesn't sit well with me, and people deserve to be warned.
It is a note for those regarding Braniac's services and I unfortunately think he needs to mature more before considering a management position even voluntarily.

-1 I don't vouch for this person. I hired him as a Media Manager a couple of months ago. In his application, he claimed he "wanted to help the server grow", so once he had his roles we asked him how he could help with that. He listed a couple things that he could do. We asked him for help on getting content creators. He asked us if we were willing to pay them. We said depends on rates, and he never replied.
He ended up doing absolutely nothing and we even gave him a week in advance. (he claimed he needed at least a week to find content creators.) He also ended up arguing with us because we called him out on not doing anything. And finally, he just stopped responding and we ended up demoting him. He handled it really immaturely, would not recommend this person at all.
