Why me instead of others?​

As I am working for Free, I am also helpful. I have helped multiple server owners achieve unexpected player counts within weeks. A server that had a low budget turned out to be a multi-gamemode server with high profits. I am a dedicated Manager who has currently been Manager on 10+ Servers which includes pixelmon, skyblock, factions, and prisons! I try to be as helpful and hard-working as possible, as I’m always open to suggestions. I always take responsibility if I do something wrong, which is something some people may not have. Additionally, I am collaborative and open to team-work, as that’s when I work my best.

-1 I don't vouch for this person. I hired him as a Media Manager a couple of months ago. In his application, he claimed he "wanted to help the server grow", so once he had his roles we asked him how he could help with that. He listed a couple things that he could do. We asked him for help on getting content creators. He asked us if we were willing to pay them. We said depends on rates, and he never replied.

He ended up doing absolutely nothing and we even gave him a week in advance. (he claimed he needed at least a week to find content creators.) He also ended up arguing with us because we called him out on not doing anything. And finally, he just stopped responding and we ended up demoting him. He handled it really immaturely, would not recommend this person at all.
