Available Management Positions
- General Manager
Assist the owner with all server-related tasks, maintain an overview of weekly plans, and ensure key objectives are met. - Community Manager
Oversee the moderation team, implement effective strategies, and cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere for our players. - Events Manager
Collaborate with the Community Manager to organize in-game and Discord events, creating exciting and memorable experiences for players. - Media Manager
Help manage the media team, content creators, and social media channels, curating content that highlights the unique features and community of Minearchy. - Promotions Manager
Work with the owner to manage promotions, server listings, and develop innovative strategies to grow the server’s visibility and attract new players. - Moderation Team Admin
Help lead the moderation team, ensuring consistent rule enforcement, conflict resolution, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Guide and support staff and volunteers in their roles.
- Event Coordination: Organize engaging activities to boost community involvement.
