I'm looking for someone experienced in Minecraft server setups to help finalize and stabilize a Paper 1.21.10 SMP that supports Java + Bedrock players through Geyser/Floodgate.

This is not a request for custom plugins — I need setup assistance, plugin configuration, Bedrock compatibility fixes, and general optimization to ensure smooth gameplay for our community.

About the SMP Setup​

This server is a perk for a growing streamer’s community, designed to feel like a “mostly vanilla” SMP, not a hub/minigame server.
We use a light set of plugins for:

• Land protection
• Moderation
• Cosmetics
• Quality-of-life
• Basic economy/shop structure

We avoid anything that breaks the vanilla survival feel.

We launched our new season recently and are receiving 2–5 new members daily, averaging 10–15 players, and sometimes 30+ when the streamer joins.

Setup Issues Needing Attention (Mostly Bedrock)​

I’m looking for someone who can go through our setup and help correct issues like:

• Crashing when Bedrock players get near others (PS5/console)
• Random item disappearing
• Velocity-launch/fling issues
• Nether instability
• Enchanting table not behaving correctly
• Claim trust not applying reliably
• Villager breeding / mob griefing troubles
• Armor glitching visuals
• Anti-xray showing false ores on Bedrock
• Fishing kicks for “autoclicking”
• Spawners changing mob type unexpectedly

The goal is to make sure everything is configured properly and that plugins aren’t conflicting — especially with the Geyser/Floodgate layer.

Version: Paper 1.21.10
RAM: 12GB
CPU: 3 vCores

Plugin stack includes:
Essentials, LuckPerms, Geyser, Floodgate, GriefPrevention, AntiSeedCracker, IllegalStack, PvPManager, Shopkeepers, TAB, Orebfuscator, CoreProtect, WorldGuard, GSit, ProtocolLib, EndDimensionControl, etc.

What I’m Looking For​

Someone who can:

• Review the server’s setup
• Identify misconfigurations or plugin conflicts
• Adjust plugins for a stable Java + Bedrock environment
• Optimize Paper settings and survival gameplay performance
• Improve Geyser/Floodgate compatibility
• Fix Bedrock-specific issues
• Ensure protections and QOL features still work as intended

This is focused on setup correction and optimization, not development.
