I would recommend this host for anyone who needs a cheap but really good host. This beats minespan by a lot just take a look at minespan. This host leaves minespan in the dust.

I personally can't wait until there's the option for quarterly, semi, and annually because I'm looking forward to using these guys as my main host.

When I attempted to buy a server from them for my Dev server I kept getting prompted to link my bank to my PayPal (which I haven't yet but been needing to) and it was pure annoying. I just wanted to buy a small Dev server with no issues and I just kept getting bothered during the payment process. The issue with the site has been resloved you should be able to access the panel with out any issue. We had said several times on twitter that we were working with an issue and we are not going charge people for the time they were unable to access the panel.

This isn't going to be fixed anytime soon it looks like.
