When I did, it was just closed with nothing written. I am going to have to replace the main board and the full case of the server that was shipped. Thus will cost more than I paid for the server. Have yet to receive the parts under yall's so called warranty from the ticket I PUT IN A MONTH AGO!!!

You do not work for us at all and even if you did you would still need to place a ticket for our records so that we can relay the information to the 3rd party shipper. If you did not place a ticket then there is no record we can also see that the staff member you were talking with told you to place a ticket as well so that they can relay the information to the 3rd party. There is also no record of you opening any ticket from your billing panel at all in regards to this issue and describing damages to the machines.

You also did not inform us right away that there was damage to your shipment we have records of us asking you about the shipment you telling us that everything was ok. You also did not show us any images of damages to the machine or anything like this. You also could have used the warranty that is good for 6 months and we would replace the damaged parts at no cost to you.

You were not refunded the full amount of the machine due to the fact you agreed to keep the machine. If you had agreed to ship the machine back to us then you would receive a full refund including the cost of the shipping.[DOUBLEPOST=1520819115][/DOUBLEPOST]

Our new team is working on updating the site with our new staff you were part of the old staff team and are no longer staff. We searched our billing panel several times and found no tickets under your name or in regards to any claim of damages on your server. We also do not remove tickets as stated in our terms we keep everything on record as we are required to do so.

There are also screenshots of you telling us that the server had arrived and was working fine without any issues. Weeks later you had made a claim saying that the server had dents on it and did not even show pics of the dents.

A staff member had also told us that they were in a call with you on discord and you showed them the server you had bought from us in a rack at your office.

No one is lying here and you were given a fair amount of money back since you did not ship the machine back to us and did not give us any solid evidence of damages.[DOUBLEPOST=1521006658][/DOUBLEPOST]

FIRST -

Anyone can figure out your server IP address. This service generates a multicraft panel for you but what is troubling is, THE LINK ISN'T EVEN RANDOMLY GENERATED. By counting up through four digit increments, I can now view thousands of basic server information including it's raw IP, without having to sign in. My developer has been going through numerous WIP servers, talking to players, seeing their creations, and even has the opportunity to grief in some situations. SO MUCH FOR PRIVACY!

Second -

In order to have your friend/developer/associate added to your multicraft so he/she can access, work on, or edit files; the support for this service suggests you send their support in a ticket with a password, phone number, name, etc to even be qualified to have your friend add you to his multicraft panel as an administrative user.

Why is this terrible? This means they aren't generating encrypted passwords. They are taking passwords from their support, and throwing them raw into a database. Not only are you trusting your password, temporary or not with an absolute stranger, it's not even encrypted. Legit services generate passwords and encrypt them in real time so not even the server administrator will know the hash. So why shouldn't it be any different here? Why is a support ticket carrying your sensitive password and information being transferred to a support client. Absolutely ludicrous way of running a server hosting company

While I've blurred out the IPs for privacy's sake, others might not be so kind. Now I could go to any of these player's servers and do whatever I feel like! Judging by the security of this website and the other issues that S00K mentioned I'm sure there're far more security flaws that I could exploit if I felt the urge... Please, do not use this service.

May I also confirm, all those ips listed are correct. (Atleast the start of them)

I know staff at plox and the host for their Dallas host, and I can vouch that the 107. IP's are similar to those within the data-center ( mine included ). Would be very sceptical of plox with this coming to light.

Hello, Multicraft by default generates the links by using the next server ID up. Any host which uses Multicraft has the same setup. Some hosts also make their client servers public on their panel. There is nothing secret about players and IP's. This is not a security issue and is simply how the panel is setup.

Sorry, but no. MCProHost and other industry standard Minecraft server hosts do not allow you to randomly view other players multicraft panels without first logging in. I just created a new server with MCProHost for example and my friend cannot view my panel without logging in/having access granted by me. Your service is the exact opposite. And what is your explanation for sharing sensitive information such as RAW passwords and much more sensitive information with a RANDOM support user? If your answer is anything other than "We plan on having a sub user signup that doesn't involve sharing your password with a stranger." or something along those lines, then your service is garbage. You can't bullshit your way out of this. Maybe instead fix your service and stop giving excuses. Check your support tickets. I expect a full refund.

P.S: Go explain to your client who's server was completely griefed, in development, with auto-saves why your service, by default; shares server IP's to the entire world. It is your obligation to protect the privacy of the servers you host and you are failing. Fix your mistakes. Sharing passwords and other sensitive information with your support is a trash way of running a company and having your clients multicraft panels viewable by ANYONE is disgusting.

Do not trust Ploxhost. I dont know much about servers, which is probably the type of people ploxhost prey on. They couldn't care less about your privacy, and the server running in general is trash. After about a whole week of the server not being able to run, i finnally get it to work and about a week after that two people that i dont know, were able to gain access to all my private information from ploxhosts terrible protection. Please do not get this server if you want your personal details to be safe.

Just wanted to point out you can do this with almost any host all IPs are public you should know this and it's your job to make sure your server is whitelisted so no one can join you should not just go around blaming PloxHost for this it's with every hosting provider out there.

I have played around in the past with other large hosting providers and have been able to scrape IPs of running servers it's not that hard to do once you know the IP to the machine and that would be the IP that the server is running on unless you have a dedicated IP.

Overall PloxHost is really secured host more secured than other hosting companies out there and has improved ever since it been under new management.

OK, I have no words for what I have found so I have decided to re upload footage that was given to be by an anonymous source. I am honestly disgusted from what I have heard in that video and I feel sorry for anybody who has ever been one of PloxHost's clients.

There is no video, it is purely audio to protect who sent me this.
