This is a Volunteer Position where you'll contribute to crafting custom plugins and refining our server’s gameplay.
As a Developer, you’ll help shape Minearchy’s evolving content, working on custom minigames, new game modes, and core server features. Your focus will be on building new mechanics, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring a smooth player experience.
Develop & Maintain Plugins – Work on minigames, new gameplay modes, and server features.
Bug Fixing & Optimization – Improve performance and stability across the network.
Feature Implementation – Help design and integrate new, custom gameplay elements.
Collaboration – Work alongside other developers and staff to bring ideas to life.
✔ Proficiency in Java & Spigot/Paper API – Ability to create and maintain high-quality plugins.
✔ Problem-Solving Mindset – Skilled in debugging and optimizing existing systems.
