About the Role
As a Developer, you’ll work on Minearchy’s evolving content, including custom minigames, new game modes, and core server features. Your tasks will focus on building new mechanics, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring a smooth and engaging player experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Plugins: Build and maintain minigames, gameplay modes, and server features.
- Bug Fixing & Optimization: Improve performance, stability, and overall server quality.
- Feature Implementation: Design and integrate new, custom gameplay elements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other developers and staff to bring ideas to life.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Java & Spigot/Paper API: Ability to create and maintain high-quality plugins.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in debugging and optimizing existing systems.
- Team-Oriented Developer: Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for Unique Gameplay: Excited to create custom, high-quality experiences for players.
