Decided to go check NoCheatPlus' Bukkit page to see if this comment actually existed, it didn't. It also seems that your "Anti Lag" plugin is literally just ClearLagg. If you compare "your" plugin's commands to ClearLagg's commands list on the Bukkit page they're literally 1:1.
