$20 USD - Completely Fix TNT Cannons

Tnt cannons are stuffed up, they never work. I have tried getting paper spigot to fix it, but it didn't do much.

I am paying the $20 for someone to look through my server files, change what needs to be changed/write a plugin to fix the issue. I need tnt cannons to work flawlessly, without blowing up.

Payment: $20 via paypal as a goods and service payment upfront or $20 via family and friends on completion.
