3 Item sell/buy shop (Very simple) $10

Hiya, so I need a buy & sell shop GUI.

Shop1 (Traveling Merchant) will have 3 things you can buy from him (vanilla things) and will be laid out in the same way as the screenshot (also cheapest starts from the left).

Shop2 (BlackMarket Dealer) is the same as Shop1 but you can sell 3 different things (layout same as screenshot).
Also, I want to connect the BlackMarket Dealer to a leaderboard, so the top 3 most sellers will get a reward.

This will be a daily event, so a new set is to be laid out at 9:00 pm EST.

If it helps, I believe you can use BossSopPro to make this, using it for the GUI and shop
(not too sure about leaderboards tho).

Budget: $10
I'm not trying to undermine anyone, it's just I know that this isn't the hardest thing do for anyone who is somewhat experienced with plugin configuration/development.
The budget could be maxed at $15 but no more.
