I pretty sure you cant do surveys links for revenue. It says in the rules and guidelines. "1.16 Do not post links with the intention of producing revenue from users clicking on the link. This includes, but is not limited to, links from adf.ly and “referral” links. If in doubt, contact a staff member and request permission before posting your link."
