A cool idea for a Discord bot, willing to pay!

So I want to host an event where there will be four teams and they have to send as many messages as possible in one hour. The server is their battleground and they can do anything to send as many messages as possible. So what I need the bot to do is keep track of people in different roles, so I want it to be able to list off how many messages were sent from users with each different role. Also, I want it to be able to give people kind of a virtual gun, and they have three bullets. Using a command like !shoot User, the person can temp mute another user for 5 minutes. They can only use that kind of command three times, then they run out of bullets. After one hour, the bot will mute everyone and list the results. It sounds kinda crazy but it would have a huge payoff and be really fun. Kinda like Splatoon, but for Discord!

I'm referring to the actual players, as the rate limiting is on a per-route basis, but takes in major parameters such as guild and channel IDs.

The bot is simply listening to events over the gateway, so cannot get rate limited in the way I've mentioned.

Cool idea, but not gonna try and do it. Rate limiting is a thing you know.

User has already given me a response stating with the given quote that he was for sure going to be purchasing the development of this bot through me, He asked for a day to acquire the funds.He was messaged after that day for updates regarding the project and was given no response. Not looking to waste anyone elses time so I thought I'd smack this here for yall.

Actually, my guy, my Discord account got shut down yesterday so I had to make a new one, and by that point, someone had offered to do the project for an even less price. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you in a timely manner, I've had plenty going on.
