Amazing Build

Greetings MCM,
I am looking for amazing builds, and I am offering a perm staff slotted a vouch in return. I am a server owner, looking to start my server strong with a great build.
Some info:

• I would like it to be dark green clay as the main color, along with spruce wood and stone bricks
• It should have a crates area, a large shop (I can do the signs), a spawn, a pvp world/warzone under the map that runs into barrier, and the whole world is a seperate air world except for the build. The spawn should look very nice, with a great design and a fun area with tons of areas to explore. I will give you a huge vouch for this, and let you be on the staff team permanently!
• Warzone with green clay and custom spruce trees
• Crates area in another part (You can /warp), with ender portal blocks as the crates and stained glass suspending them

Yes, but for staff on a great advanced upcoming server with an amazing owner (me!) and a huge vouch.

Most builders on MCM freelance meaning they move around clients freely for money. Thus they are not loyal to a particular server for in game rewards to a permanent staff position. If you want something like what you're looking for and in good quality, you'll need to come back with some money or 25+ positive reputation.

I don't see any builders going to bother working for free on this.

Staff on an "upcoming" server. Right. half the builders on this site dont even play MC except for building.
Also, you REALLY should not be calling it a "Advanced upcoming server" if you have no budget at all for builds. Spending most of your money on plugins and advertising is understandable, but if you can't even spare a few dozen bucks for an "amazing" build then you're not good enough at budgeting to turn it into a serious success rightaway.

You're honestly better off asking for free builders on PMC or something. Almost nobody with any talent attaches value to being staff on a server thats not even up yet, especially since being staff in such circumstances is quite stressful.
