Overwatch (fork of Janitor) - you'll have to find the SRC then decompile it.
Cheetah Anti-Cheat

You wont find any "free" or any "exclusive" anti cheats.

well we are running a skyblock, factions and creative server

Skyblock - NoCheatPlus.
Factions - NoCheatPlus.
Creative - Just get an anti-exploit plugin.
