I have been thinking about returning back to creating servers again, been playing Minecraft since alpha off and on. Figured that it would be hard to just make a "skyblock", "faction" or a towny server that looks like every other server. Thus, I've been thinking, there must be something unique and something that people urge for to join even the smallest server if there is potential for something big. Since I, myself, does not have that creative side and more of a guy that is stuck inside the box, I am looking for people that thinks outside the box.
I am 21 years old from Sweden, currently majoring in economics in my university. I am also wasting majority of my time in games, stocks and also loves to photograph. My Minecraft experience goes way back to alpha stages. What I can do for the future team is managing and structuring everything, that includes plugins, website, documents etc. I can also prepare and provide website, discord and the server itself. I don't really have a budget for this project, basically it can cost $500+, there is no restriction as long I believe that this unique server will succeed.
The idea behind this post is that if you, the one reading this, have a unique idea for a server, but lack the time, partnership, funds or management to do this by yourself, I'd be the one complement that side of what you lack. When it comes to ownership, if I myself need to fund everything, I'd own majority of the server, and leaving you with the second to highest position of the team (that is right below me, if you can and want to handle other responsibilities). But if you are willing to also fund some money into the server, we'd split ownership, more of this can be discussed further in private.
With any new server, there will always be no profit at the beginning unless the marketing strategy makes the server very popular, thus be prepared for no extra money in your pocket until the server can fund itself in the future. At the beginning, all the money that comes from the server will be re-invested into the server.
Any type of persons can contact me with their idea, even if you don't have a idea, but wants to join my team, you are welcomed if you can showcase your expertise. I am looking for any type of players, whether you are a pro builder, developer or just one of those idea tinkers. If you are interested, contact me on discord MyZ#6416 or PM me on MC-market.
