Do any of you even follow politics or watch the impeachment hearings or are you just talking out of your ass?
At the end of the day this will probably be a good thing for President Trump. If they can't remove him from office this is going to be a great talking point to campaign on.

Oh God IKR! We're going to see all the weird looking NPCs in some big cities freaking out. I mean they did the same stuff when he was elected, the same when the attempt to smear Kavanaugh failed, after the Mueller report/Russia conspiracy theory failed and they'll do it again now. Meanwhile Trump will continue making America great, draining the swamp and working tirelessly for this country. I am proud of our president and am happy in general, I can't imagine always seething with rage after hearing something about the president and living a life of deluded misery. 2020 here we come

I doubt he's going to be impeached and even if he is, his vice is just as bad in some areas (ie: his remarks to homophobia/ destroying/wanting to destroy national reserves). Though it could be very close, I guess we will have to see if the Republican members holding their spots within the Senate care more for their pride enough to keep Trump. What scares me the most is that some of the Republican members in the Senate have threatened civil war if they do not have a republican president (for the full 4 terms), though it sounds unlikely, the rural areas are republican and also control the majority of our food supply, which could jeopardize the safety, cost of living, and overall the life of many people.
Then again... I still would like to live in the day and age where a president is impeached, considering how uncommon it is to have a bundle of leftover Cheeto dust in the white house... (oh and go vote for Bernie, woooo!)

A civil war would only start if the President were to be removed from office illegally. The same could be said if amendments were to be removed illegally as well.
Ah yes, but I was talking more along the lines of: *Senate member says something borderline treason ("ahhh trump out of office, commence civil war"), *bandwagon of slightly less educated rural members of society agreeing, cutting off our food supply.*
Not quite the dramatic civil war, just starving America of certain resources.
Members from both sides of the political spectrum have made incredibly stupid remarks over the past few years. Nothing surprises me at this point.
All I have to say is I hope that cheese puff is gone so there's no "Trump 2020"
Of course, I thought of bringing it up to see the views of others and their opinions, just as you did with this thread. Especially considering how dangerous the consequences could be if anyone for that matter, is not careful with their words.
Yes. I love politics. My reasoning behind this is Trump has fought everyone since the beginning and I think he’s more than prepared for this. I also think that if this fails, he basically secured 4 more years because people are so tired of hearing trump bad from the left, then people watch with wide eyes hoping that it wi finally be over for him only to find out it’s another nothing burger. People are tired of the left, they’re tired of no progress, and most of all they’re tired of Trump is bad, let’s get him out of office, we’ve heard that since 2015 with no progress
It's like the dems forgot the Republicans mistake with Bill Clinton.
